The AI processes that we design are not invasive to your systems. None of your existing processes need to be changed, and we mostly do not require any access. For example, if we build an AI process for your marketing team that collects all leads from Linkedin - we can do this without any access or permissions to your systems, and we can deliver the list of leads to you in excel format. However, if you'd prefer us to upload the list of leads to your Salesforce directly, we would need limited access to your Salesforce account to do so.

Every subscription is a one month flat-rate of AI Automations. We work on delivering one automation at a time and try to turn each automation around as fast as we can - but it takes us on average one week to turn around an AI automation and each , i.e. 4 automations on average in a month. This includes changes and additions to an AI automation that are requested. If you require more automations to be done, ask our team for custom subscription plans.

Every AI process has multiple components, including retrieval of data, organization of data, analysis of data and tools such as graphic tools to display the analysis' output. An AI Agent is orchestrating these components, i.e. usually a large language model ("LLM") such as ChatGPT or Deepseek.

Absolutely, if you require a regular AI automation such as a weekly scan of competitor websites for price changes, monitor news, check for new leads etc., these AI automations can be scheduled on a recurring basis.
